When will I be charged for the learning session?
You will be charged at the time of session sign-up.
What is your refund policy?
We aim to be fair to both the experts on our platform and the learners. If you cancel 24 hrs before the scheduled class, you will get a full refund. If there is no show at the appointed time, you will forfeit the class fee. If there is an unavoidable conflict, please contact the teacher directly and see if they can make alternate arrangements. It is up to their discretion to set up alternative times. The class will not be held on the Class.live platform.
Do you provide any quality guarantees on teaching content and teaching sessions?
No. All our teachers purport to be experts in their field. Please do your own research prior to signing up for their sessions. We also suggest that you check the ratings and the feedback that other learners have given them. We will do our best to bring in the best experts to the platform, but it is ultimately up to you to do the final diligence before signing up for their class.
